Pascale has created a superb Salmon Nicoise Salad with spice crusted salmon, sweet roasted tomatoes and all the trimmings, as well as her popular and delicious Marinated Goat Cheese with Mini Boules to accompany.

…and to finish we have created 2 sweet treats a modern twist on the British classic Victoria Sponge Cake, a 2 layer sandwich cake filled vanilla cream strawberries, and Elderflowers, last but not least scones with strawberries and mascarpone cream.
