Ordering our goods
Each week we shop at the Farmer’s Market for seasonal produce. From there we begin creating recipes for a list of baked goods to serve up to our community. Every other Monday we release a new menu for you to order from but we bake every week for every Friday pickup. Once you order you will receive pickup instructions for that Friday. Our commitment to food
We buy our ingredients from local farms at our much loved Farmer’s Market to make food with integrity. We believe in using whole foods like organic butter, sugar, flour, eggs, fruit & vegetables. We know it tastes better this way. We love to eat and are passionate about feeding our community. Even though we make a mix of savory and sweet baked goods we truly believe that life is short… eat dessert first!
GIPSY HILL BAKERY IS A REFLECTION OF THE MANY CULINARY INFLUENCES WE EXPERIENCED IN LONDON and globally. NOW, IN SANTA BARBARA, WE DO WHAT WE LOVE AND LOVE WHAT WE DO.
our menus run for 2 weeks at a time but we bake weekly for Friday pickups! Pickup is between 10-12pm and once you order you’ll receive pickup location.
